All orders are carefully processed and packed in our Chinese warehouses before being handed over to our international logistics partners.
Shipping Time:
Standard Logistics: 8-12 business days
Expedited Logistics: 5-7 business days
Please note that the shipping time refers to the estimated shipping duration, not the actual delivery date.
Orders Shipped from Chinese Warehouses:
When your order is shipped from our Chinese warehouse, a waybill number will be generated shortly after processing begins. This indicates that your order is in the queue for shipment. Our warehouse and production teams will then package your items and prepare them for dispatch. After packaging, the logistics company will pick up the shipment, which will be weighed and verified. This process may take several days. Once verification is completed, your order will enter the international shipping phase, which typically takes 8-12 business days.
For customers in remote areas, please allow extra time for delivery.
Orders Shipped from Local Warehouses:
If your order is fulfilled from one of our local warehouses, tracking information will generally be available within 1-2 business days. If the local warehouse is temporarily out of stock, your order will be placed on hold until the inventory is replenished. Once the items are back in stock, shipment will be arranged promptly.
